"Decent quality, but the stitching is disappointing"
The overall quality seems fine, but the stitching on the plush really could be better. It’s noticeable enough that I’m not totally happy with it, especially for what I expected. I’ve reached out about the issue and I’m hoping it gets addressed properly, because if not, I may need to escalate the complaint further

"Box was a bit dented"
The box showed up a little dented, so I was kind of worried at first... but everything inside was packed really well. None of my items were damaged, so it ended up being totally fine
"Checkout Felt a Bit Clunky"
I ordered from Pokemon Center and the website itself was easy to use, but the payment part was a little frustrating. My card got declined the first time for no obvious reason, then after I refreshed, it went through fine. I did get my order confirmation right after, so it worked out, but it definitely made me nervous for a few minutes. The whole thing felt a bit impersonal too, like if something went wrong I’d just be another ticket number waiting in line. Not a terrible experience, just wish checkout was smoother

"Showed up faster than I expected"
I ordered a few Pokemon items and, to be honest, I was a little nervous at first because I’ve been fooled by sketchy orders before. I figured it might take a while or the tracking would be weird, but everything went smoothly. The package showed up in just a couple days, the box was in good shape, and the tracking updated enough to keep me from worrying. Really happy with how quick and easy it ended up being.

"Restocks happen more than I thought"
I check the Pokemon Center often, usually kind of in a rush, and I’ve actually noticed restocks come back more than I expected. Some items still sell out quickly, so you kind of have to move fast, but overall it hasn’t been too bad.

"Showed up mostly fine"
It came in good shape overall. The box had this tiny dent on one corner, nothing major. I noticed it right away, but the figure itself was totally fine. No scratches, no damage. So yeah, happy with it.

"Replacement finally showed up"
I did eventually get my replacement, so that part worked out in the end. It took longer than I was hoping, and I kept checking for updates way more than I probably needed to. Funny enough, it arrived the same day I was trying to clean out my junk drawer, which somehow has three tape measures in it. Anyway, not the fastest experience, but I did get what I needed

"Felt Ignored at First, But They Sorted It Out"
I had a small issue with my order and felt a bit ignored when I first reached out, like it might just disappear into some customer service inbox. But they actually got back to me quickly, which was a relief. The person I talked to was nice and seemed to actually look into the problem instead of just sending a generic reply. It got sorted the same day, and I’m glad it didn’t turn into some huge back-and-forth hassle.

"Easy enough, but it still kind of wore me down"
The Pokemon Center website is mostly easy to use, I guess. I was able to find plushies and cards without digging forever, and checkout didn’t give me any major issues, which felt like a small win. But of course, the pages started loading slowly right when new stuff was up, and trying to use the filters on mobile felt like I was the one having to work around the site instead of it helping me. Nothing totally ruined the experience, but it did feel like one of those things where it works fine as long as you’re patient and don’t expect too much.

My order ended up getting cancelled, which was kind of disappointing?? But the refund came through fast, so at least that part was handled well.

"Preorder Actually Went Smooth"
I preordered a plush and was already annoyed because I fully expected it to get delayed like so many preorders do. But thankfully, this one shipped right around the release day, so I can’t really blame them for any hassle here. Tracking worked fine, the packaging was solid, and it showed up with no damage. For once, a preorder didn’t turn into a whole frustrating mess. I’d probably order again.

"Everything I want is always gone"
I actually like the site and they have a lot of cool stuff, but it feels like literally everything worth buying is always out of stock. I’ll get an email or remember to check back, and somehow it’s already gone again. New items disappear in like five minutes, which is just frustrating. I wish they would keep more inventory or put some kind of limit in place so regular people actually had a chance to buy something.

"Great spot for exclusive Pokémon finds"
I mostly shop here because they get those exclusive Pokémon items I can’t seem to find anywhere else. The plushies and figures are usually what pull me in, they’ve had some really cool stuff. The site was simple enough to use, and checkout didn’t give me any trouble. Some items disappear super fast, but that’s pretty much expected with popular drops. Wait, seriously, blink once and it’s gone. Anyway, my order showed up packed really well and looked just like the photos, so I’m happy with it. I’ll definitely keep checking back for new exclusives.

"Prices feel a little too convenient lately"
I was browsing pokemoncenter.com the prices feel steep now. Some of the stuff is really cute, and I wanted to grab a plush plus a few smaller items, but once shipping and taxes were added, the total jumped way higher than I expected. It kind of feels like they know fans will pay more just because it’s official merch, so they tack on a little extra without making it obvious. I still like a lot of the products, but the pricing definitely made me second-guess my cart.

"Return process was frustrating??"
The return policy is disappointing. I had to pay for return shipping myself, which was annoying, and then customer support took forever to get back to me?? Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not something I’d want to deal with again.
